It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more.

We don’t provide airport shuttles, so the easiest option is to take a taxi from the airport to your accommodation. Ahead of the event, we’ll share reliable taxi driver contacts with all ticket holders and set up a communication channel for everyone to coordinate transfers together. There will also be a dedicated Tribe WhatsApp group where you can connect directly with fellow attendees.

Zanzibar Gathering is an intimate event limited to 250 participants. Early Birds are already sold out, and keep in mind that extra experiences like the Sandbank & Secret Island have even smaller capacities.

We provide daily tickets for our events. These will be available at the door, but only if the event hasn’t sold out in advance.

Most visitors to Tanzania (including Zanzibar) need a visa — either an e-Visa (recommended) or a Visa on Arrival. The cost is usually USD 50 for a single-entry tourist visa (USD 100 for US passport holders). Your passport must be valid for at least six months after arrival and have at least one blank page.

As of October 1, 2024, Zanzibar requires all visitors to purchase Mandatory Inbound Travel Insurance from the Zanzibar Insurance Corporation (USD 44 per person, valid for up to 92 days).

For yellow fever vaccination, please check the requirements for your country, as a certificate is mandatory if arriving from certain destinations.

We have a WhatsApp group for all attendees — a space to stay updated about the event, connect with each other, share rides, accommodations, or just chat. Ticket holders will receive the group details via email.
